- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch swiss chard, chopped (about 6 cups)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
Directions

1In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2Add greens and cook, tossing, until wilted, 1-2 minutes.

3Stir in garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Cook until greens are just tender, about 1 minute.

5Remove from heat.

6Lay prosciutto slices flat.

7Place a generous tablespoon of greens at one end of each slice and roll into a tight cylinder, taking care that a bit of green protrudes from each open end.

8Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
