  • 1/2 c. soft butter or oleo
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 c. Muenster if a milder taste desired)

Directions

    Blend butter and oleo.

    Add cheeses and put in refrigerator to harden.

    Roll in 2 balls or 1 large ball.

    Roll in nuts.

    May be frozen.
