- 1 loaf Italian or French bread
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- minced garlic
- minced onion
Directions

1Cube Velveeta and put with mayonnaise in a double boiler or microwave dish and melt.

2Be careful not to scorch.

3If seems too thick, add a little milk.

4Add seasonings to taste.

5Put as much as you think you'll need, then double it (flavor gets lost in Velveeta).

6Hollow out bread to make a boat, then cube bread for dipping.

7Put boat and cubes on cookie sheet and fill with cheese mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browning.
