- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat cheese and Ricotta; add eggs, sugar, cornstarch, flour, etc.

2Last add sour cream.

3Beat until smooth. Start in cold oven.

4Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325°.

5Let cake cool over or in oven for 2 hours.
