  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups ground chicken or 2 cups turkey
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 cups milk
  • 14 cup finely chopped scallion
  • 2 cups stock
  • 14 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    Cook ground poultry in oil, add and wilt veggies.
