- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 8 to 12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.

2Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

3Sprinkle cheese over this and pour remaining mixture over cheese.

4Bake at 450° for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
