Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 to 12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.

    Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Sprinkle cheese over this and pour remaining mixture over cheese.

    Bake at 450° for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
