- 3 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. quick grits
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz. chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Cook grits as directed on box.

2Remove from heat.

3Add one stick of butter, stir till melted.

4Then add cheese, chilies, salt, worcestershire, eggs.

5Mix well.

6Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Bake 350 for 1 hour.
