Cheese 'N' Broccoli Puff

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

    Cook broccoli according to package omitting salt; drain. Combine soup and cheese; stir in milk and mayonnaise.

    Blend in egg.

    Grease bottom of 2-quart casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of margarine.

    Place drained broccoli in dish.

    Pour soup mixture over broccoli; top with bread crumbs and margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
