- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients while potatoes are partially frozen.

2Put into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

3Melt 1/4 cup margarine and mix with 1/3 cup crushed cornflakes.

4Spread on top.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
