  • 2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. cream of potato soup
  • 8 oz. Cracker Barrel cheese (may use shredded Colby or sharp)
  • onion
  • Parmesan cheese (top only)

Directions

    Mix all together and put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours, covered, at 350°.

    Uncover for additional 10 minutes.
