- 2 cans Campbell's cream of celery soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta light cheese
- evaporated milk
Directions

1Peel the potatoes.

2Cut round slices approximately 1/2-inch thick.

4Do not stir.

5Do not pour water off.

6Let potatoes cool completely before draining water, they will mush if you do.

7Mix soup and cheese chunks in microwave bowl.

8Microwave on High for 3 minutes.

9Stir; microwave 2 more minutes and stir. Do this until cheese melts.

10Add evaporated milk to thin to desired consistency.

11Pour over drained potatoes.

12Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
