- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 (8 oz.) bags shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a large bowl, defrost potatoes in microwave for 5 minutes, then stir.

2Stir in sour cream and cheese.

3Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and cover top of potatoes.

4Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
