  • 1 lb. sharp, grated
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 c. strawberry preserves

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except preserves and mix well.

    Chill in a ring mold, lined with plastic wrap.

    When ready to serve, invert onto a platter and fill center of ring with strawberry preserves.

    Also place crackers on outside of ring.
