- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 slice sharp American or Swiss cheese, torn
- 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
Directions

1Beat together eggs, milk, dash of salt and dash of pepper. In a small skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until eggs begin to set. Sprinkle with cheese.

3Continue cooking just until eggs are firm and cheese is melted.

4Sprinkle with green onion.
