- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1/3 c. water or white wine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Directions

1Combine butter, flour and milk to make sauce. Set aside. Combine the tomato paste, cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Add to sauce mixture and cook until cheese is melted.

4Add salmon. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water or white wine.

5Add to salmon mixture. Place in lightly greased mold and refrigerate.
