- 1 stick oleo
- 2 ribs celery
- 3 carrots
- 1 large onion
- 3 cans Swanson chicken broth
- 3 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 lb Velveeta
- 1 can cheese soup
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
Directions

1Chop and saute in 1 stick oleo the 2 ribs celery, 3 carrots and onion.

2Add 3 cans Swanson chicken broth and simmer 20 minutes.

3Add 3 cans cream of potato soup, 1 lb Velveeta cheese (cubed), 1 can cheese soup and simmer for 20 minutes.

4Add 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream.

5Whisk to make creamy.
