  • 4 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. meat sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (No. 2) canned tomatoes
  • 1 can corn

Directions

    Cook potatoes, onion and celery together. Melt oleo and add flour, pepper, meat sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Cook until thick. Add milk and Velveeta cheese; add tomatoes and corn. Add potatoes, onion and celery. Simmer on low-medium until hot.
