  • 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon port wine
  • 1 teaspoon grated pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • parsley
  • paprika

Directions

    Chill 2-3 hours to blend flavours.

    Shape, working quickly, into one inch balls.

    Roll 1/3 in chopped parsley, and 1/3 in paprika, keeping 1/3 plain.
