- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 c. water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 5 oz. pasta (twists or elbow)
- 10 oz. broccoli
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- onion
- milk
Directions

1Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of oil.

2Add water, bouillon cubes, garlic powder and noodles.

3Simmer for 3 minutes.

4Add broccoli.

5Simmer for 4 minutes.

6Add Velveeta.

7Add milk to desired thickness.

8Turn the heat off because as it sets, the pasta will continue to cook and become too mushy.

9Use pasta twists or elbow, not egg noodles.

10Makes 4 to 5 servings.
