- 1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 cup chopped mild green chiles, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pint (2 cups) deli crabmeat salad (without pasta)
- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sliced green onions
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Combine all quesadilla ingredients except tortillas and butter in bowl.

3Brush 1 side of each tortilla with butter.

4Place tortillas, buttered-side down, onto ungreased baking sheet.

5Spread about 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla; fold in half.

6Press together lightly.

7Bake 7-10 minutes or until heated through.

8Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges.

9Serve with desired toppings.
