  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped mild green chiles, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pint (2 cups) deli crabmeat salad (without pasta)
  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Sliced green onions

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Combine all quesadilla ingredients except tortillas and butter in bowl.

    Brush 1 side of each tortilla with butter.

    Place tortillas, buttered-side down, onto ungreased baking sheet.

    Spread about 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla; fold in half.

    Press together lightly.

    Bake 7-10 minutes or until heated through.

    Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges.
