- 1 stick margarine
- 1 thawed bag hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Melt 1 stick margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread hash browns on top of melted margarine.

3Mix soup, sour cream, onion (optional) and cheese together in a bowl, then spread mixture on top of potatoes.

4Melt 1/2 stick margarine in bowl, then add the crushed corn flakes together; sprinkle over top.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
