- 4 1/2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 1/2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 oz. box elbow macaroni
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. bacon bits
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook macaroni until tender.

2Add broccoli and boil for about 3 minutes.

3Drain well.

4Return macaroni and broccoli to saucepan and add cheese, salt, egg and bacon bits. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.

5Pour milk over mixture and bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 450°.
