  • 10 garlic pods, split
  • crushed red pepper (enough to cover bottom of wine bottle)
  • black pepper
  • oregano and salt (to cover 1/2-inch of bottom of wine bottle)
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 bottle or more ketchup
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • olive oil (1-inch of wine bottle)

Directions

    Mix in wine bottle and season according to taste.

    Use as barbecue sauce on ribs or chicken.
