- 2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafers and melted butter; mix well.

2Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

4Cool on a wire rack.

5In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.

6Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat on low speed just until combined.

7Stir in chocolate chips, maraschino cherries, and chopped peanuts.

8Pour into crust.

9Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or until center is almost set.

10Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.

11Carefully run a knife around the edge of spring form pan to loosen.

12Cool for 1 hour longer.
