  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • juice from 1 can sour cherries
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 can cherries
  • 2 tsp. red food coloring

Directions

    Mix the sugar, flour, eggs and juice from the cherries.

    Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes in sheath pan (13 x 9-inch).
