  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 c. white cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. cake flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell

    Cream sugar with cornmeal, flour, butter, nutmeg, salt and vanilla.
