  • 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box powdered sugar (reserve 2 Tbsp. for topping)

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, egg and butter and press into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Mix and pour cream cheese mixture over cake mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Cool and cut into squares.

    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar.
