  • 12 ounce chia seeds
  • 12 lemon, peeled
  • 12 cup blueberries
  • 12 cup blackberry
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, soy if you'd like to remain gluten free
  • 2 ounces almond milk

Directions

    Place almond milk and soy protein powder in blender and liquefy.

    Add banana, berries and lemon and blend.

    Last, add chia seeds and blend.

    Refrigerate overnight or freeze for 10 - 15 minutes to allow chia to gel.
