  • 2 1/2 c. diced chicken
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 3 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c. slivered, toasted almonds
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Directions

    Saute vegetables lightly in butter.

    Combine all ingredients in greased casserole.

    Top with 1 cup grated cheese, Parmesan cheese and crushed potato chips.

    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    Remove cover the last few minutes.
