Ingredients

  • 4 lb. boneless chicken
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 8 oz. box rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Cut up chicken into strips, chop onion and place in a 9 inch by 11 inch pan.

    Pour water over, cover with foil and bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven add butter rice and cream of chicken soup, bake an additional 30 minutes.

    Cool for a few minutes before serving.
