Ingredients

  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (with water)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (with water)
  • 1/2 pkg. dehydrated onion soup mix
  • chicken, skinned

Directions

    Stir and mix well all ingredients except chicken.

    Salt and pepper chicken.

    Pour rice mixture into a 9 x 13-inch or larger pan.

    Press chicken into rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake 1 hour more. Keep covered while baking.
