- 1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. freeze dried chives
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. (3 c.) pasta twists
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 c. romaine, Boston or iceberg lettuce
- 1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Boil breasts.

2Reduce to low heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes until cooked. Remove, cool and cut up.

3Boil chicken water.

4Add pasta and cook 10 minutes until firm and tender. Drain well. Cook bacon and drain.

5Break into small pieces.

6Add pasta to dressing. Toss. Add rest of ingredients and toss to mix.
