  • 1 leftover chicken meat/including carcass
  • 1 leftover gravy
  • 1 broccoli stork
  • 800 ml water
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions

    In a medium pan add all the ingredients together.

    Over a medium to high heat bring to the boil.

    Boil for 30-40 minutes uncovered.

    Occasionally stir.

    When its simmered down enough, turn heat off and let it cool.

    Use a sieve to strain and store in fridge until needed for use.
