- 3 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

2Mix flour, salt, paprika and white pepper in bag.

3Shake pieces of chicken in bag to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

4Brown chicken in oil. When chicken is almost browned, add onion and cook 5 minutes longer.

5Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and garlic.

6Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until tender, about 30 minutes.

7Add a little water if it becomes dry.

8Serve hot with cooked spaghetti. Serves 4.
