- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. broth (saved from cooking chicken)
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts until tender in boiling water; remove bones and skin.

2Mix stuffing according to package directions and line bottom of casserole with half.

3Cover with chicken.

4Then mix sour cream with soup and pour over chicken.

5Top with remaining 1/2 of stuffing.

6Pour 1 cup broth over this and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
