- 1 1/4 c. rice
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 c. cut-up chicken
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can water
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom
- 1 can water
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish.

2Spread 1 1/4 cups rice in bottom of pan or baking dish.

3Spread 1 package dry onion soup over 1 cup of cut-up chicken.

4Mix celery soup with 1 can of water and add to casserole.

5Mix cream of chicken or cream of mushroom with 1 can of water and add to casserole.

6Bake at 350°.
