- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 2 c. hot water
- 6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

2Set aside.

3Sprinkle chicken with pepper and place over rice mixture.
