  • 2 cans Swanson boned chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 c. almonds
  • 1 can onion rings

Directions

    Mix chicken soup, mayonnaise, celery, onions and almonds together.

    Fold in chicken, cooked rice and boiled eggs. Refrigerate overnight.

    Cook covered at 300° for 30 minutes. Remove lid and add onion rings and cook for 15 minutes.
