- 3 lb. fryer
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Stew and bone fryer.

2Saute in small amount margarine the onion, green pepper and celery.

3Cook spaghetti and drain.

4Mix chicken, vegetables and spaghetti together and add remaining ingredients.

5Bake at 425° for 25 to 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Ingredients may be increased to make this a casserole for a crowd.
