  • 1 chicken fryer, cut into pieces
  • 1 c. apricot preserves
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Place the fryer pieces into a well-greased baking dish.

    Mix together all other ingredients; spread over the chicken pieces. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
