• 2 teaspoons rosemary
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken coating mix
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup hot water
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 8 pieces chicken preferably chicken breasts chopped
