  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cooked deboned chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Melt butter in a deep baking dish. Mix the flour and milk, make a thick paste. Pour into buttered baking dish. Do not stir. Combine the chicken and broth, pour into the baking dish. Do not Stir. Bake about 1 hour at 350°.
