  • 12 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic to taste
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. pecans, crushed
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian bread crumbs

Directions

    Season chicken with spices.

    Combine sour cream and mustard. Coat chicken well and roll in pecans and bread crumbs.

    Place in baking dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
