- 4 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions

1In large skillet, cook chicken breasts in butter or margarine until tender, about 20 minutes.

2Remove chicken to warm dish. Stir flour into drippings; add chicken broth and light cream.

3Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.

4Stir in mustard. Add chicken, cover and heat 10 minutes.

5Makes 4 servings.

6Serve with rice or noodles.
