- 4 breasts, split
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add chicken and cook until done.

3Remove chicken.

4Stir flour into drippings.

5Cook 1 minute.

6Add chicken broth and cream.

7Stir and cook until thick and bubbly.

8Stir in mustard.

9Return chicken and cover for 10 minutes.
