- 3/4 lb. boned, skinned chicken, slivered
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli florets and spears
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown chicken in oil, stirring occasionally.

2Add water, broccoli and soup.

3Bring to a boil; stir in rice.

4Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

5Arrange chicken, broccoli and rice mixture on serving platter.

6Sprinkle with cheese.
