- 1 pkg. dumpling noodles
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth (from boiled chicken)
- 2 c. white wine to taste
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. heavy cream (Coffee Rich)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, twice
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 boiled chicken
Directions

1Boil chicken and bone; save broth.

2Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

3Blend in flour.

4Cook over low heat; stir until smooth and bubbly.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in broth; heat to boiling.

7Stir constantly and boil for 1 minute.

8Remove from heat. Stir in wine and nutmeg; add cream and Parmesan cheese.

9Place layers of noodles, broccoli and chicken in ungreased baking dish. Pour sauce over layers.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

11Broil in oven until golden.

12Makes 4 to 5 servings.
