  • 3 c. diced boneless chicken breast
  • 12 tortillas
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 small can green chiles, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • chopped up jalapeno peppers
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large container sour cream

Directions

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan put the following:

    rolled up tortillas with microwaved chicken, most of cheese, green pepper, onion and olives.

    Continue until all tortillas are filled and in pan.

    Pour soup, sour cream, green chiles and jalapeno peppers in separate bowl.

    Mix with spoon.

    Pour over tortillas.

    Put rest of cheese and olives on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
