- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 tortillas
- all-purpose oil
- 1 lb. Kraft jalapeno pepper pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Combine chicken, softened cream cheese, onion and salt.

2Fry tortillas in 1/4 inch oil until tender.

3Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll and place seam-side down in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

4Heat cheese spread, 1 cup tomatoes and milk over low heat.

5Stir until cheese spread melts.

6Pour sauce over tortillas; place remaining tomatoes on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
