- 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
Directions

1Combine soup and enchilada sauce.

2Dip tortillas in hot oil to soften, a few seconds on each side.

3Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoonful of chicken, 1 spoon of cheese and 1 spoon of soup mixture; roll up.

4Place seam side down in large baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over and top with remaining sauce.

5Bake at 350° (preheated oven) for 25 to 30 minutes.

6For added spice, cook chicken, using spicy taco mix and water before adding to tortillas.
